Wiring a TEf20push button solenoid

Hi, I’ve just bought a new starter motor and push button solenoid and am not sure of the wiring. Can anyone give advice and possible pictures of the wiring setup. Thanks Mike

Hi Sandy thank you for the information and diagrams. However, my TEF has a negative earth. What difference will this make.

In theory, just swap the + for - and - for + in the diagram and you should be all right. Starters generally 'self field' meaning it should still turn the right way.
