TED Replacement Cylinder Head

Hi Everyone thanks for letting me join. I have just purchased a replacement cylinder head for my TVO T20. It was advertised as a TED cylinder head. Having removed the head from my tractor I have now found the replacement I have purchased is about 8mm taller, it also has a bolt on the top in the centre and mine has what looks like a lead insert that is stamped with a number 7. If I put the replacement head on the pushrods are not long enough. Can anyone tell me if there are different cylinder heads and if so what is the one I have purchased if it is not for a TVO tractor?
