TEF20 vs TE20 OIL FILTERS

I have a TEF20,are the oil filter housings interchangeable, just watched a video of oil change on TE20 (with bolt on the housing) less fiddle than the TEF20 with a bolt below on the canister housing

Hi Ozie.
In the parts book that I have it shows the filters assembly and they are from different manufacturers. TE 20 is made by Techlemet and TEF 20 is made by Purolator, I also think the diesel engine has a larger oil flow of oil from the oil pump. My personal view would be not to change it.
