TEF20 Gap Ring Locating Dowel

I am looking for Gap Ring Locating Dowels. Does anyone know where i can get them? I have tried the usual spares parts suppliers.

The last tine I required the dowel pins I had to make them, It was like the plain shank bit of a 3/16 or 1/4 bolt that I ground down to get the correct fit.
