AD3 152 Thermostat

Hi, looking to test/replace the thermostat on my '78 550. There appears to be several different ones available rated by temperature. Anyone know which one would I should have for normal UK use?

78 degrees c, or 82 degrees c, I think where the 2 options.

Dug into it over the weekend. 82c thermostat was in there, but so far out of line it was nearly touching one of the housing bolts. Put it back in place and all working well now.
