Cylinder liners

Hi all I could do with a bit of advice please
I am rebuilding a 3 Cylinder Perkins engine and I am putting in new genuine Perkins cylinder liners, two are a tight fit and are flush to the block but the center one is loose, I can pull it back out by hand, the question is can I loctite 680 this liner in ? or should i be doing something else ? thank you all for your help and im sure Im going to need all your knowledge for a while

Hi Cris. Your liner sounds like a transition fit / push fit I would use Loctite 603. If it was interference use Loctite 638.
