Hi,
I am thinking of fitting a couple of headlights and a rear light to my ferguson TEF-20 and would like some advicce on what swich to use, or whatever would have been the original switch they used back the day. I have a hole in the dash for it to go but just need to know what swhich to use first.
Thanks.

Many years ago I fitted my TEF with lights. I put Rubbolite side/tail light units on the top of the mud guards and for 'head lights' I found a couple of work lights off a Massey 40 loader, painted grey, on each side of the bonnet. These were all wired together on a simple on/off toggle switch.
If you're going with dip/main lights, then I'd have thought a side/dip/main mushroom switch for a 35 would fit there, or for the whole hog, the 135 switch which also has a horn push.

I used a push / pull type switch. Plenty of outputs for tail lights etc too. Not got any pictures of it fitted, but suits well.

Another option here would be a reproduction of the old lucas light switch that would have been fitted to many T20s or 35s.
It is like a smaller version of those mushroom switches but probably not to the standard of the actual lucas ones. They can
be had from various sellers on ebay and some tractor spares people.

Hello,
Thanks for this but in the end we managed to pick up an old Lucas PP-G1 three way push pull switch that looks in place on the dashboard.
Thanks.
