  Ferguson Club AGM 2015
Jim Hall Lancashire Representative Accommodation Update: For members who wish to bring caravans or motorhomes to the 2015 AGM in Lancashire, may we suggest you contact Turnover Hall Farm Caravan Park, Rawcliffe Road - St Michaels - Preston - PR3 0UE - t: 0845 291 7413 - w: turnoverhall-farm.com . 10mins drive to Jimbob Agriculture and 15mins drive to Preston Marriott. Saturday 18 April: Lancaster and Lancaster Castle On the afternoon of Saturday 18 April we are hoping to visit Lancaster Castle. The Castle dates back to Roman Times and is owned by the Duchy of Lancaster. Up until 2011 it was a fully functioning HM Prison and has been left as a living monument, offering a glimpse into Englands’ dark past through guided tours. Over 200 executions took place at the Castle, including the famous trials of the Lancashire Witches. Anyone not interested can still come along and spend some time in Lancaster, visiting the shops, pubs etc. Sunday 19 April: A visit to Jimbob Agriculture Ltd. A good selection of various Fergusons & Massey Ferguson etc. will be assembled for viewing. Meanwhile, in the planning stage are tractor games, effectively making up our own mini Tractor Olympics (depending upon HSE)! Sunday coincides with Jimbob’s Open Day so there will be plenty going on, including a hog roast, a club merchandise stall, second hand spares and a bar. Hope to see you there. Jim Hall
